Not fit at all right now, I'm afraid. Used to do an hour of aerobics every day, but that was a long time ago. Just had two total knee replacements, so am hoping to get fitter in the coming months. Hopefully I can then chase RATTER around the house a bit more ... LOL :o) I do Hydrotherapy exercises once a week and a bit of pilates at home 2-3 times a day. Still a long way to go before I can claim any number on the fitness scale though. A work in progress, that's me. Well, hopefully!
