Until I met mrs johnlambert I had the temper from hell, when I left the Army, my C.O's reference said "S/Sgt R........ doesn't suffer fools gladly" what he didn't say was "he tends to punch them.........hard" lol
Run 4-5 miles twice a week.
Swim 2-3 miles during the week
Walk 1 mile every morning
Climb once or twice a month
Hike once or twice a month (15-20 miles)
Occassionally do some press ups at home.
Generally have a lot of nervos energy. have to do something.
