I know anaemic people have low iron levels, so what is wrong if you have too much iron in your blood?

oh actually can you answer a question when they say they take iron out blood twice a week to try and decrease it, is that like a blood transfusion?
no, it's like when you give blood. They Take off blood rather than give it to you - venesection. They can also use drugs to bring it down, - chelation therapy but there are problems with this (ie it has to be given overnight via a syringe pump)
