tens machine
6 Answers
I have had back trouble now and again over the past few years and had to go to the physio. There are these 'tens machines' advertised on TV you can purchase for 14.99 from Lloyds Pharmacy, has anyone got one and if so do you recommend it. Thanks.

Hi Linda - as redcrx has kindly posted a link to my daughter Wispy 68's thread, I thought I'd update you.......
My husband's had ongoing pain in his neck & shoulder for some time, but our doctor advised him against having physio, as it could make it worse, although he did suggest trying acupuncture.
However, he recently bought a Tens machine from Lloyd's Chemist (own make) 14.99 & says it's certainly helped ease the pain, enabling him to ease off the painkillers!
Hope you find a solution for your back pain & feel better soon.
