some oily fish or omega 3's wouldn't go a miss River, plenty of leafy green veggies and maybe (if you can afford it) some Manuka Honey over the natural yoghurt with some red berry fruits is delicsss.
Thanks Dot but I dont eat meat and eat fish occasionally but I want to try and keep it as raw and natural as poss. My parent grow all their own fruit and veg so theres a good quality endless supply.
jacket potatoes are great for low fat diets but if you are detoxing not sure about them, it's confusing isn't it, because detoxing is quite different to dieting I guess, I think the fluids and nuts are the key ingrediants of your regime for those first 5 days, after that you should introduce other things, like the fish and jackets.
Figure out your weight in pounds, divide it by two and drink at least that much in ounces of water.
The manuka honey is good but I thought it was best taken a teaspoon in the morning, like medicine. I think raw food diets are brilliant! oh and nettle tea is brilliant for dieters.
