Help!!! We have fleas!!!
My cat has brought them in. We have de-flead him, no sign of them on him any more but me and my daughter are flea-bitten. The boys in the home have escaped them somehow.
I have: hoovered beds, sprayed flea spray, washed bedding etc but to no avail.
Any ideas??

Euuugh!!! i have an isdea, leave this site before you pass them!!!!!!
Go to your vet and ask them for a product called Staykil, its a spray for the house not the pets and is quite expensive(about 13.00) but it works a treat,I used it when my cats had fleas a while ago and me and my son were covered in bites. The stuff you get from supermarkets or pet shops is a waste of money.
Your cat is matted. Get it down the vets and get rid of the main cause.Eurhhhhhhhhhhhh, Nasty.

Oi ab_user how very dare you!!!

Neil I have checked and checked the mog; he has passed them on to the house somehow. will look for Staykill daffy tyvm.
Daffy is right, its pointless doing the cat if you dont do all your soft furnishing. Your boys probably have been bitten they just dont react like you and your daughter.
sunflower68............Staykil is only available from veterinary surgeries, you won't find it in shops although you may be able to buy it online. Also the flea stuff for the cats that is available in shops is a bit useless too,I would ask the vet for something instead,it may cost more initially but if you don't destoy the fleas and their eggs now you could end up spending a lot more money in the long run.

they also sell "SPOT ON" for cats here, that is probably what the vet would recommend so you could save on a consultation fee.lol
