forgive???
37 Answers
what kind of person are you?
if someone did you wrong , say a friend.
and totally went behind your back and humiliated you.
if they tried to come between you and your other half.
would you forgive them?
could you forgive them?
and if you did forgive them would you always be suspicious of them and their scheming ways?
this hasnt happened to me but was a topic of discussion this afternoon at work : - )

My Sister-in-laws son stole my boys money jar about 18months ago whilst i wasen't in the house, i and my wife were working so my mother-in law was looking after my boys.
There was about 260 in the bottle, i wanted to kill him, and if the truth be known, i would off if i would of found him, we had him arrested {hes no angel} and only this morning his mum spoke to my wife {sisters} to wish my wife a happy birthday today, then went on to say that her son wants to apologise because hes riddled with guilt, my wife told her sister that at this moment in time she does not want an apology tho she hasen't ruled this out. i told her i want nothing to do with him, and if i dropped down dead tomorrow, he would not be able to attend my funeral, i hate him, and i only have two choices,
1} ignore him and he avoids me for the rest of my life
2} I'll finish up in prison.
Number 1 would be my preference, but it would not take much to trigger number 2
Forgive and forget?
Not me i'm afraid

I want to call her but I'm frightened that she will put the phone down and make me look stupid. I have seen her husband and asked him if I should get in touch and he says she is so stubborn she will never admitt to being in the wrong. I have really given up on her, but I would love to see her again, but I am not such an idiot to try, and be rejected.
My wife thinks i'm stubborn in most things i do.
She has always said that i have this ''ring of steel'' around me, and that i won't let anyone in,
Shes a smart woman my missus.
I wonder why she puts up with me at times.
And no, i never had a difficult chidhood, i got beat up many years ago {9 years of age} and from that day i swore that no one would hurt me again, maybe thats where it stems from with me.
I'm a nice guy really {swear to god}.i agree that i should loosen up at times, but years of being stubborn etc make it difficult to except others at times.
Well there you have it folks, and no i'm not drinking. lol

hi pussinboots,
life is very short,if you dont want to risk her putting phone down on you then how about a letter, i lost a very very close friend a couple of years ago through illness, even though we had not fallen out and were friends when she died i still beat myself up over things i never said and now regret,if you try to heal the rift and she rejects your attempts then that will say more about her than you, but at least you will know you made the effort to put the past behind you and start again.
