Just made my appointment this mornign after a reminder at work. Had asthma when I was a kid then thought I'd grown out of it to find out that it's impossible to do that so getting all that's available out there to help now! Will run a marathon one of these days!

I can get one at work but don't because fingers crossed I've never actually had the proper flu and I know that if you have one you can get a nasty cold.
