Tired all the time!
6 Answers
Ive been feeling really tired all the time recently and just want to sleep. My emotions are all over the place and cry for no real reason. Just feel generally low.
Just wanted some advice on what could be causing this and whether anyone has any ideas to pull me out of it.
GP less than sympathetic!

If your GP has ruled out any physical cause it could be emotional due to your relationship problems. If you're feeling nauseous, make sure you eat little and often rather than having big meals. Make sure your diet stays good with lots of fresh fruit & veg.
Do you do any exercise? Physical activity releases "feel good" endorphins. Even something as basic as going for a walk can help. One thing that cheers me up is finding a decent CD and having a good dance. (Mr O calls it my kitchen disco). Laughter can help. How about a night with the girls or watch a good comedy DVD?
As for the tiredness - stick to your normal bedtime routine and resist having a nap through the day or early evening. Have an early night by all means. Last but not least - keep off the booze!
Good luck & I hope you pick up soon. xx

Hi Wisewoman, sorry to hear that you are not feeling 100%. Sounds to me like you could be a little bit depressed or a bit low because of the problems with your relationship. Is it when you are worrying or waiting for a phone call when you go off your food or become nauseous? It may not help that the nights are drawing in and some people get affected with SAD at this time of year.
Its at times like this we need friends to offload on to and use as a sounding board. If it is your relationship causing you need to decide whether it is worth making you feel like this over.
But most of all know that you are not on your own! We care!
