I was in Boarding School when the storm set the alarms off. The routine was to muster on the rugby field but it was simply too dangerous, so we mustered in the hall, against all fire regulations.
Nothing particulary exciting or tragic like poor sense4all, but a memorable morning.
My school was in North London/Herts border so it was fairly in the thick of things, but come 8am it was business as usual.
