I have Clinical depression (basically meaning that it has been diagnosed)
And as the same thing a tiggerblue, it is the worst thing I have ever been through, and I've been suffering for just over a year. I have had suicidal thoughts and once attempted to commit suicide. I'm quite continously down, but do occassionally have normal days where I can laugh and smile, but as I mentioned, these are few and far between. I see a pyscharist every two weeks and another counsellor each week (Even though I'm not suppose to). It really helps, because I need a lot of support to keep going. My pyscharist said, like quite a few of the others on here to eat a lot more foods with vitamin B. Also if it continues go and look at some self-help books, maybe pop down the doctors and let them know how you're feeling.
I struggle quite often to get out of bed, and as I said I rarely laugh.
Gosh, life is just hard... isn't it?
