I am a 50 year old male.
I have a healthy head of dark brown hair with tinges of grey.
However, after I have washed it a lot of grey becomes visible Even scarier within 2-3 hours the grey has disappered & I my dark brown hair returns without any cosmetics whatsoever. What is the reason for this

fletcher: It may be that the hair you're describing as grey is actually white and tends to be somewhat translucent, thus blending into the rest of your hair. I vaguely recall that happening to me when mine first started cropping up...(interestingly at the very same time our son was born!). Today, I'm delighted they're all pretty much the same colour... nothing wrong with a bit of evidence that you've lived life to its fullest!
