This lubrication is produced natrually from the walls of the vagina, if the woman is sufficiently aroused. If the lubricant is not forthcoming, for a variety of reasons, it can be suplimented by a chemical lubricant. So, the short answer is, yes, sex is better with proper lubrication, human bodies are designed that way.
From an experienced point of view- which is probably the most valid form of answer to this question- lubrication does make sex better. It allows smoother and seemingly deeper penetration and reduces friction which can make it slighlty uncomfortable or sore. However, this also applies to when a woman secretes enough 'natural lubrication' - my suggestion is pay more attention to turning on your woman- and the sex will feel better (not just physically either- it's a nice feeling that your partner is enjoying sex as much as you).
Alternatively- if you're referring to homosexual sex then I-d imagine you should get lubed up before going in. Will that get edited?
Hi Casey. based on your additional info., you may want to consider that too much lubrication is as bad as too little, because it removes the friction element of intercourse which is essential to the maile orgasm, although loss of friction can sometimes prolong the experience ... this could go on and on! Anyway, you have enough info for now, and I'm sure if you want to venture into areas where natrual lubrication is not provided, then a tube of lube is handy to have. More tea vicar?
well, you can get flavoured lubricants, and also ones that heat up as you massage them into the skin. These can be great fun during foreplay, and generally lead to a fabby sensation as you slide and move together - like you would get if you used massage oils in foreplay. Worth a go for the fun of it I'd say....the flavoured ones are really good! For penetration, you can't really beat natural lubrication (and beware of the ones that heat up if you use them in this way!!!!!)
