tho there are those that will argue the money got him the woman in the first place .

that aside .
do you think that money makes someone look more attractive?
i mean put two guys next to each other .
on the surface they are very much alike .
but throw in the fact that 1 of them is pretty well off.
how does that change the womans opinion?
the same can be asked about 2 women so theres no sexism involved .

so how often would the poorer guy / woman be picked over the rich one?
and what do you think that says about people?

Everything else being equal, I would go for the guy with money.

Having money though doesn't necessarily mean I like the guy.

I think it's something to do with evolution - wanting to be with the person who is able to take care of you the best (financially).

Besides, I've always said I'll pay my own way but I'll be damned if I'll pay anyone elses.

That depends on the person doing the picking, if they are particularly shallow, chances are they will go for the one with money. At the end of the day the only thing money does for you is get rid of your money worries but it brings a few other worries with it.

no, I think someone who has a lot of money tends to be a bit more cagey and suspicious, I wouldnt get on with them, I prefer the bloke who is broke and after all, you dont have to pay for some activities :D

hi everyone

Cant see how money makes a bloke more attractive (in my book anyway) but if someone is 'extremely broke' its unattractive.
I dont know a single soul who has lots of money and I wouldnt look for it in anyone.
