I don't think there is a direct link. The body sweats as a result of the rasied ambient temperature, which has the effect of reducing the overall amount of water in the body (or more specifically the blood). This is then picked up by the parts of the body that regulate water levels by directing the kidneys to remove water from the blood. The overall result id that the more you sweat, the more fluid is lost and a series of systems lead the body to conserve water by reducing urine volume. Some water has to go, in order to remove waste substances, which is why urine will always be produced, but becomes more and more concentrated. A good book on physiology will help with diagrams etc.
