I think I love my boss
4 Answers
I'm in that classic cliche " I'm in love with my boss"
I'm not sure whether I've been in love before so I'm finding it really difficult to explain.
I've been at my current workplace for 6 months and it's occured to me that I love my boss.
We work well together and he knows I like myjob and that I work hard.
We joke, get on well although in the office our relationship is professional.
When I speak to him face to face I feel that we make eye contact and look into each others eyes for too long...just that bit too long.
I've discovered we have outside interests and this makes me feel closer to him.
He's married although I know little about this.
As I said before I'm not 100% sure if I do love him - although there are feelings there.
I would never make a move although sometimes I want him to know that I have feelings for him.
I would love some advice...

I told him that we could only be friends becasue he was married but he still persued me. I did like the attention and flattery but would never have done anything.
Things have taken a nasty turn since then and I have a grievance against him for bullying.
The upshot is "Don't go there"!

maybe if you met some other guys (single) you may be able to work out your feelings,
sometimes when you start working closely with another person you can develop strong feelings. especially if your feeling down or a bit insecure.
If it were me I would stop focusing on the flirtation/eye contact/does he or doesnt he issues and try to keep things in a worklike manner, your feelings may subside
on their own, go out and meet people, it does wonders for putting things in perspective
