Twitching in leg

Help, my thigh has been twitching since half 5 this morning and it's driving me mad! does anyone know what could be causing it and how to get rid of it?

Eat lots of fruit & less fatty food. This improves circulation & nerves. Fats/ oils are needed over the week; how about a fat free day?

Muscle twitches or tics, especially in your eyelid, occur when you havent had enough sleep. So I've been told...

It's called twitchy leg syndrome or something like that.. My mom and aunt have it.. There's nothing you can do but get drugs from your doctor for it..
