Questions on Veins

Is there any way to 'work-out' your thread veins? Or once you got them they are there forever. (Unless you get treatment or something). I used to be extremely overweight, but ive lost tons and am now down to 185, im a male. Thanks

Have you spoke to your doctor about them? I'm sure they will give the best advice.
