Fast Weight Loss

I am off to a ball in two weeks and its really important to me that I look my best. Has anyone got any tips on good diets that gives fast weight loss. I know this is obviously not best for the long term but I need to get into my dress and feel good! Thanks

It's a bit grim but manageable and you do shed the pounds! I did it for 2 weeks but by the 2nd week I was having trouble swallowing the brussels so abandoned it! A week is long enough! This is a quick summary:-
Breakfast- wholemeal toast (1 slice) & 1/2 grapefruit (or other 'seasonal' fruit!)& tea/coffee
Lunch - fruit salad or
tuna, lettuce, tomato, cucumber or
cheese on wholemeal toast or
more fruit salad or
cottage cheese, green beans, boiled eggs
Dinner - chicken, salmon other lean meat cooked in roasting bag in oven (use lemon juice, olive oil to favour) & as much green veg/salad as you can possibly stomach!
No milk/sugar in tea/coffee
My advice would be to practically cut all fat out of your diet, which has always worked for me. And do that doesn't just mean no choc or crisps. It means no cheese or red meat and the low fat versions of everything else. If you live off things like baked potatoes with a couple of low fat cheese triangles and salad with non fat dressing you should lose weight quick. Also alcohol is incredibly fattening so avoid at all costs of if you must have something make it one measure of a spirit with diet coke or lemonade (that's only about 50cals). It's hell but it works.
