Try and set yourself a daily target - nothing too drastic, and make sure you reach it. Extend the range and difficulty of your targets slowly in the weeks and months to come. Satisfaction is a great feeling, and it will will encourage you to carry on, and sort out the areas of your life that are dragging you down. Good luck.
look after yourself physically and emotionally - eat healthy meals (no processed foodstuff, avoid the e numbers etc), exercise regularly, consider supplimenting your diet with B complex vitamins, and stop drinking alcohol for a month... the result will be a more positive energetic you and it may also give you the perspective to see what is dissatisfying you about your current situation.
think of it like this.... there are people out there that have to drink dirty water and dont eat for a week!! what i am gettin at is, enjoy being YOU because YOU are probably one of the lucky ones, looking at it from a bigger picture. Dont take a minute of life for granted.
