I'm not sure what to do and whether to be worried. I recently have been getting pains that are similar to period pains or the pains i get midmonth. im confused because i only recently finished my last period so it cant be either... its constant pain or just feeling really sensitive down there and cant press that area in at all.. have also had pain in my lower back and in my ovaries. I finished my period last wednesday but have had this since sunday morning.

If there is any chance you could be pregnant I'd get seen urgently, tonight if possible.

Do you have any stinging when you wee? Was it a regular partner or moreof aa one nighter (I'm not here to judge, we've all made mistakes :)).
Just trying to gather if you might of caught something or if it was particularly "vigarous" if that could have caused something.
When did you have the unprotected sex?
Still best to get it checked out if there is a chance of being pregnant. Hospitals have very sensitive blood tests that can pick up early changed in hormone levels in the blood.
