my stomach at shool makes these weird noises like sometimes ill be hungry but other times i dont know what it is like sometimes i feel it in my stomach an sometimes i feel it and hear it in my butt or back its pretty weird.im 5'4 a girl,240 pounds i know.but wat do i do
