How do people who have been blind from birth think. do they seepictures like sighted people do, or is it all noise, smell, feelings etc.

I read somewhere that people who have been blind from birth dream about smells/sounds etc but people who have had sight for even a very short amount of time (e.g - a couple of years maybe) dream about sights
