Hi, can anyone explain to me how many times you are supposed to go to the gym a week? I have heard that three is good. I've been told that you should always have a days rest in between workouts too. Is this true? Any ideas?
I used to go on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday but now I go twice a week. It never did me any harm but I think its good to have a days rest in between. Also if you go too much you get fed up!
