Are extremely swollen. Especially on my right foot. They are hot, (feel hot and hot to the touch) itchy and painful to the touch. Normally my feet are absolutely freezing! I spend a lot of time on my feet, working, walking etc. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

It could also be Raynauds disease (I am not sure if I have spelt that correctly!) I think this is due to poor circulation where your fingers and toes can be freezing cold one minute and then as the blood rushes back into them, get very hot with a tingling pins and needles sensation the next. They also look very red and blotchy. If it is this, it is not serious, just very annoying, I think you can control it by getting your blood circulation to work better.
