Tinned dog food contains very little goodness, it is made up of a lot of water. Try her on a complete dry food, the pellet type rather than the flaky type, adding just a little tinned food with it.
Change her food gradually, over about a week, gradually introducing the complete food in place of the biscuits.
You should not be able to see her ribs, she should be well covered and not tucked up under her belly.

Hi. Have your tried chicken? I had a puppy that was very skinny and we fed him on chicken for a few days and he put quite a bit of weight on. We gave him one meal of chicken a day to start with, just so he got used to it, then after a couple of days twice and so on. After two weeks we really noticed the difference. we only give him chicken once a day know as we don't want him getting to fat! Hope this helps.
