total pain encompasses not just pyhsical pain, but also emotional and spiritual pain

thanks bednobs for your answer ,i thought that was what it ment but needed a second oppinion .the course i am on is at A level done through work the assessor comes every 3 weeks to mark it ,i may be back soon with another question LOL
