im a cancerian, yes im sensitive, very emotional and reserve, most people i know who r cancerian r similar! do we all beleive what our horoscope says about u to what month you were born??

the chinese strongly beleives it, in the chinese horoscope there r twelve animals (instead of monthly its yearly). aparantly this yr what ive been told that ppl who r year of a horse will bring me luck or (any horsey thing), my sis-in-law recently went to HK and bought bk me a horse charm to attach to my fone. hmm so far no good, mayb they mis-read it, ppl who is the yr of a horse havent really bought me luck, but it has bought me loads of greif! and depresion!! mayb there r bad yr of a horse and some lucky ones which i havent bump into yet?? or mayb just forget the whle horoscope thing, its just a load of cr@p? they r never 100% right r they??!

Horoscopes like the ones you read in the papers are too general therefore rubbish. I always thought the whole thing was idiotic until a friend of my mum passed me a book. It dealt with 'rising signs' which, from what I remember, are the signs of the zodiac that are on the edge of the earths' horizon viewed from your place of birth at the time of your birth.

I calculated all the do-das that it told me to and then read a load of complete rubbish, to the stage where I actually thought I wonder if I've got this wrong? I weirdly enough had it wrong by twelve hours, i.e. read my stuff as if I'd been born at 11 a.m. instead of the 11 p.m. I'd actually been born at.

When I then went back and read my 'real' one it was so uncannily real that I was quite freaked out about it. I still don't know what to think because the differences were just too profound and the correct one too accurate.

Why is it not the moment of conception that counts? Is it that we are generally born at the correct time so it all sort of works itself out? If so what about people born completely early due to medical intervention as opposed to those who just come early as it were?

Well it all seems silly that millions of people who are the same star sign could all have the same character traits. However, I think I'm a typical Piscean and my partner seems to have many of the Scorpio traits. Maybe it's just coincidence and if we look hard enough, we can all say we have at least one trait from all 12 signs.

I don't read horoscopes in the papers as they are too general to mean anything.

I am a Gemini through and through and so is my little girl. We get on famously and squabble over the same things, (like this computer for instance!).

I do beleive in the stars but not really the ones you read in the Newspapers. I have always been meaning to do an OU course in Astrology but they are running one at the Uni of Central Lancashire this year on a part time basis so in one of my leisure moments, I might check it out.

its interestin readin what your horoscope says! but its from my parents word of mouth as u know im a B.B.C.-(ppl who dosnt know what it stands for i tell u later but its not Brisith Broasting Co--opratation.) and i dont Read or Write chinese (cantonese language im talking about here!)

I think the whole horoscope thing is complete nonsense. With millions of people in the world, lots will fit in with what's been invented as typical of their "star signs", by the law of averages, but lots more don't. I'm always surprised that anyone can take it seriously, I just find the whole subject boring and silly.

yes im shy, but i stil go out, i guess u dont know me at all!! u never really did! i used to go out 4 times a night bk at uni because i could do what i like there. whereas here its limited, why do u think i want to move out?? so soon. DTH?

I think astrology is complete b^llsh!t, but I have to admit that the attributes describing someone with my star sign fit me to a tee. Yet I just cannot believe that everyone born within the same month or so of the year has a similar personality.
