Adios are small diet pills and they are coated so are easy to swallow!

If you are obese, talk to your GP. If you are just a bit overweight, eat less and move more.

I am rubbish at swallowing tablets too. My throat seems to seize up with sheer panic. It's silly, because I know I swallow bigger lumps of chocolate.

I've been using Hoodia Gordonii Mints, so no need to swallow. Not sure if they work though.
