just wondering what you do when in a bit of a bad mood for what seems like no reason or just lots of little things building up. i've already shouted at a friend and my boyfriend seems to be avoiding me until i get over it.
have this problem always so if your like me and cant control your temper then sorry its something you have to deal with!!! i like to pretend that its to do with my periods but..... they only come once a month lol
I use to get 'moody' after my periods too. I found if I ate the right things it would help i.e. pototoes, pasta, cheese and chocolate! I don't know what yours would be, but those foods, potatoes especially, really helped me.
if you notice yourself doing it (& we all have) give yourself a mental slap- these are the people you love most & you are being mean for no reason other than to try & make yourself feel better. next time say- sorry- just realised im being a dragon- lets do something fun to break the mood.

Thanks everyone i'm in a much better mood now and thanks toby99 i have tried eating more potatoes and i think it cheers me up just cooking them becasue i like the smell. and i will mentally slap myself and then apologise muppeteer
