eighties and the gay takeover ?
8 Answers
Listening to the radio earlier and the guy said there wasa cruise organised in the usa for eighties pop stars .One that i heard was sheena easton. The cruise is a gay only cruise and the announcer said the gays just love sheena easton shes so eighties and lets face it the eighties were so camp and gays just love4 evrything eighties.
Now is it just me but i never saw sheeena easton as camp but i may be wrong. Is there a sudden need to classify things as gay or straight? Why cany you just say youre gay and you like it or youre straight and you like it?Why do people feel the need to pigeonhole stuff thats neither one way or the other?Obviously there are some acts that are positively gay in the way the communards were or the village people .But do we have to classify everything? Is it the 21st century way?
And btw i thought sheens was pretty hot especially singing with prince in you got the look. And decidedly straigfht in my opinion.
IF THAT HELPS?
