A Gun
My 10 year old daughter had her's pierced on Saturday at Claire's Accessories. It cost 20 for the piercing and 5 for the earrings she picked. They used a gun on both ears at the same time and she hardly even flinched. I'm very proud at how she handled it and hasn't complained once that they hurt.
claires in town do it :)
don't think it's too expensive
and im told it dosn't really hurt - i havent got mine done like

yer thats what puts me off, I dont want people watching. I di mine myself :-)
yes , you're sat in a chair right near the frunt window
if you don't want lots of people to see you , go with your friends they could gather round or something?

yes it does hurt , I got mine done at about your age, they use a gun basicall and instead of a bullet they put a earing called a stud in the gun they then wip your ears with a intiseptic wipe and then mark with a pen where to pierce and ask you to check it thats the right place, they then place the gun against the ear and pull the trigger to fire the stud into the ear, then gun also places the back of the stud earing in place. The same is then done on the other ear.

usually u can chose which stud you want as you have too keep that stud in for at least a week or so because the ear has to heal properly. Some cheap earings are not made of 'pure sterling silver' and as a result esp after just getting them pierced you can get the piercing infected. So keep the special studs in fo as long as the pierced says and then only buy good quality earing after.

I have no idea how mush it would cost sorry but I know jewellery shops like H Samuels, and some of those girly shops I dont think they are called accessorize but they are these little shops u can buy pink festher bowers and everything u must have one in middlesbrough.

H samual is ok but I used to work in there as a piercer and to be honest they are not very well trained because they dont do it very often, if no one ever goes in and asks they never get the experience u see. I did one once on a girl aged about 10-12 and she cried so much bless her, I did I good job and they looked good but, it does hurt quite and bit during and after.

Gun best method.

Hope this helps

Any more questions happy to answer.

it doesn't hurt at all. your eyelobes may feel hot and throb a bit afterwards but if small children can handle it, then I think your up to the job!

this sounds like grate new spectator sport where can I go to watch ;-)
Gabby
I hope it doesn't hurt you as much as it pains me to read your writing!!
Perhaps you should go back to school and learn to string a few phrases and sentences together without using TEXT talk!
Sorry but at 17 you should be doing better than this.
"Must try harder!!"

I have a few piercings and I would never have anything done with a gun now, especially by a 16 year old shop assistant in a high street shop. I know they're most likely sterile and safe, but if my daughter wanted to have her ears pierced, I'd go to either an established piercer (will use a needle, much safer than a gun, and not any more painful), or a nice jewellery store. Only my opinion though! I had my ears pierced as a toddler with a gun, and had no problem with it, so it's up to you, really.
MiniN, what are eyelobes lol ??
I pierced mine with a sewing needle out of my mums sewing box when I was 13. I put ice cubes on but my ears were so hot and red that they almost sizzled when i put the ice on !
Nowadays, it is done so quickly that I'm sure it is practically painless. We saw a baby getting hers done in Clare's and she never even flinched.
Be brave !
When my daughter went to get hers done she got perched on the stool, marked out and all ready and then the woman told her "I'm just going to load the gun.....!"
I have never seen my daughter move out of that shop so fast. It was so funny !!
She went to Clare's a week later and got them done and she was fine.
