my partner had an accident last night and thinks he has broken the end of his little finger. he can't straighten his finger at all, the finger is swollen, especially the end and the end is pointing inwards (towards his other fingers) now.
i've told him to get it seen to by a doctor/nurse but he is reluctant because he doesn't want his fingers strapped up as he is a carpenter.

Hi, ive just done this to my little toe, thought it was dislocated but actually it was badly broken, they just gave me pain killers and straped the little toe with the one next to it for 4 weeks, went back for another xray, it was still broken so had to keep straped for another 2 weeks, still not right but not going back, so this is normally what it done. x
