Instead of reaching for the biccies keep a bag of chopped up raw veg (carrots, celery, cucumber etc) in the fridge and nibble on them instead.
Another tip - when you feel hungry, drink half a pint of water.
Faddy diets do not work. Sensible eating, willpower & exercise will do the trick.
Good luck.

Eat brown bread instead of white, if you use butter use a thin layer, snack on fruit, I would still eat the same dinners but just make them a bit smaller, also if you have sugar in tea/coffee, half it....you wont notice the difference straight away but you will after a few months....may have to go back to doing that myself as ive been a bit greedy with the biscuits lately!

I agree - Slimming World is great - I have lost 12lbs in 4 weeks and have eaten very well. Also walk my dog for 50 mins a day and have been doing wii Fit too!!
I dont have any biscuits and crap in the house. On Slimming World you are allowed 'sins' and for instance i could have a Kit Kat a day if I felt the need, I think if you are 'allowed' things it makes it easier.

Without hesitation join slimming world I have lost 2stone 3lbs since joining in April, I still have a few beers on a weekend (the sins as referred to by someone else), and YES YOU CAN EAT CHOCOLATE, but again only if its counted as part of your sins, you can eat as much as you like, its what you eat and what its mixed with that helps you to lose the weight, so no skimping on portions and they always have a couple of classes nearby to where you live that do both morning and evening classes so working around a class becomes easy, do join you will never look back, I've just finished my one twix stick with a cup of copy whilst typing this!!
