Anyone tried the Alexander Technigue???

I am having issues with neck shoulder and back pain,and my job puts more stress in these areas, i have heard that the alexander technigue might help, has anyone done this course and what did they think and did it help!!!!

A lot of people seems to find the technque helpful... we've a friend that has used the sourse and swears by it... A little skepticism is always healthful,though, in my opinion...
