sore feet-knees-hips

especially in morning or after getting up off sofa my feet are killing me,even if they werent sore and i lie on sofa for ten minutes i get up and theyre sore,,ive allways been fit,,have had blood tests and x rays for arthritis but all clear....when i kneel down i can hardly get up again,my knees make a cracking sound when i bend them,,i can feel little lumps things in my knees when i bend and touch the knee cap with my hand,,in the morning i can hardly walk,,takes me 10 mins to break my feet in,,its terrible!! and frustrating!!,ive started the gym and do lots of running,,im worried i may end up in wheel chair...wot could it be ????

I don't want to sound too trivial here, but have you considered arch supports or heel supports in your shoes? my colleague is going through something similar and has found that these have really helped with the pain.
also, if you're running be careful that you're wearing suitable running shoes, running on the right surfaces and that you're not jarring your joints.

Go and get it checked out with your GP.
Sounds like some of the problems I've had with arthritis but could be all sorts of things such as, as said above, not wearing properly supportive or the right footwear and maybe the impact on your feet due to the impact of running.
Remember to buy the right running shoes for the right surfaces you're running on.

hi, have been talking to my mum who has exactly those same symptons. she has oesteo-arthritis (not sure if spelt right)... she also gets swollen akles if she stands for too long. Please get a second opinion on your symptons or ask to be referred to an Arthritic doctor because my mum also got wrongly diagnosed in the first stages. Good luck.
