sorry i dont think there is a right answer for you everyone is different, i have problems with sleeping for some years, how old are you???, as as you get older u need less sleep, you could try the usual rememdies such as hot milk,bananas, or even lettuce are meant to help,i think valerian is good for some people, you can even get a wristband that someone on here championed, its a question of triall and error, maybe ure state of mind as some thing to do with it, are you feeling stressed???
