Red when drinking
8 Answers
Hi, I have a problem. Whenever I drink Alcohol, even just one mouthful, my face goes red, it's not that I'm drunk, how could I be with so little alcohol, and when I say I go red, I mean REALLY red, and it doesn't stop until about 20-30 mins later. Does anyone have this problem and how do I go about reducing or slowing down this redness?

I am horribly allergic to all booze - was never very tolerant of the stuff but my tolerance dropped rapidly about 4 years ago (when I was 24) from being able to drink about 4-6 pints before being ill to now when I had to go to hospital following a half-pint of beer and the vomiting of blood. As faras I know the only resolution is to lay off the booze entirely of see which drinks affect you and avoid them.
