If so, eat a bowl of porridge at eight o'clock (PM) and if you do feel hungry later, just drink a glass of semi skimmed milk or water and your munchies should pass.
Popcorn (salted) is good for a snack. You'll drink more, eat less.
It works for me. You just need will power. Don't think about food after your evening meal. Occupy your mind.
but are you really hungry or just bored, alot of people just eat at night for something to do and when it becomes routine they cant stop, hungry or not
close your eyes and visualize how you want to be.
practice this often and when you feel like eating something you shouldn't use this to inspire you not too.
It works for me. I've never looked better
