early lunch has thrown my timing

I had an early (ish) start

... and an early (ish) meeting

... which we rounded off with an early lunch.

So now, it should be Friday lunchtime, but I've had lunch and I'm back at the office

(or, as the Resident's Association call it ... my "second bedroom" ... ahem).

I feel all out of synch.
