I'm fourteen and i know i'm way too overweight for my age. I really want to lose weight until i'm the average weight for my age. It has gotten so that i've thought about becoming anerexic or belemic, but i know its not the best decision. Any help you could provide would really help.

I wouldn't worry about your weight at your age, unless you have been told by a doctor that you are overweight. You haven't finished growing yet. Wait until at least 16 before worrying. In the mean time, just eat sensibly.
the best way to lose weight is excerise but if you hate excerise as much as me then you should run on the spot 4 5 or 10 mins and then do a about 10 sit ups each day adn also i lost half a stone in a week by eating extremly heathly like salad and not alot of carbs but some and did that for a week all by eating heathly adn sitting on my bum doing nothing!! it works but there are NO execptions in it tho :) hope this helps xx
First off, how much to you weigh and how tall are you? Also are you male or female? These are much more important than your age. Don't get panicy about your weight, but eat sensibly. Try and cut out the sweets, snacks and junk food, go for healthy low calorie food and drinks where possible, and eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables!! I know...UCK!!! If you are really concerned about your weight, have a chat with your doctor, but PLEASE don't consider the drastic measures yoy have mentioned. These are very dangerous and will have a damaging affect on you health longterm. As for excersize, as lizzie (and she's about your age) running on the spot, walking and swimming are all brilliant ways to gently lose those extra calories!!! Take care and good luck
