Her body is producing another person and there's a lot going on for her and hormones all over and it can be uncomfortable and even painful at times on top of things like morning sickness.

Every woman is different though have you tried talking to her in case there is anything else wrong as it sounds like she's not very happy either.

Better to try and help her know than wait until she has the baby and risk her still being like it.

Try reading some of her pregnancy books. You may be enlightened.
Yes it is because she's pregnant and perhaps she may feel you're not being very understanding. I'm 4 monthspregnant and the Paranoia has set in, I'm accusing my other half of doing all sorts.
pregnancy is full of ups and downs.. hormones raging, etc.. but you should be sharing some good moments, too..

have you tried talking to her? find out if anything is seriously worrying her (it is a scary time for so many reasons), and talk it through.

and drop the tickling.. that's no way to cheer up a pregnant, hormonal woman!
Tickling her????? Are you mad???? ;-) xxxxx
I missed the tickling part. I've noticed my skin has become alot sensitive and I think I'd thump my partner if he tickled me. It must be very difficult for men to comprehend what a woman goes through, during pregnancy.
yes it's normal, even for a non pregnant one!
Yeah- maybe tatu would do well to save the tickling till his wife is in the delivery room when she will really appreciate it, i'm sure.........;-) xx
HAHAHA! you aint wrong r1! tatu, yep its an uphill battle with your lady, but your there for the long haul right,so as an understanding man you have to go with the mentality that she's right even when she's wrong, you gotta turn the other cheek when she really ticks you off and just keep reminding yourself of how things are normally and remember this is only TEMPORARY, and throw in some unexpected gifts, cards, poems, take the load off of her completely, housework, massages etc....no.1- it creates a better environment for your woman which is a better&healthier for your baby and no.2- your lady will be really greatfull to you! i know its a frustrating time and maybe both of you feel unloved etc...but just be strong and be there for her no matter what! good luck with everything mate!
I like the way you put it "badcompany".
Turn the other cheek not once ,not twice, not thrice until she tires!!!!!
Good luck.It will come to pass.
Her body is fulfilled with the pregnancy and her hormones are warding off male attention for the sake of the foetus' welfare. She may not understand her moods either.

Find out what foods she's yearning for and get them, at any cost - even if its a lump of coal as some need for mineral content.

You would be moody, too, if your body was changing and producing another human being inside of it. If it were left up to men to have children, there wouldn't be any!
but seriously, try to be patient as these things tend to even out as the pregnancy progresses. Unless you've been pregnant, you really can't imagine the changes your body goes through before that precious child is ever born!
I'm not saying this necessarily applies to your wife, but there is such a thing as pre-natal depression, if she's constantly down rather than up and down might be worth her talking to the health visitor, doctor or whoever about it.
