oooh! me arm's twitching like mad! I remember my eye doing it sometimes. What is it and why does it do it? The more I try not to think about it, the more it seems to jump!

Tiredness usually, I think or if a muscle is tense.

Stress can make your eyes twitch dont know if its the same for ure arms!!!

Yes tiredness, etc. can cause any muscle to twitch.
