Had a physio session last week and she said my hips and knees are unstable.

I've got some exercises from her but if anyone has any other suggestions of what I can do to help them they'd be very much appreciated :)

I'm hypermobile as well and have general inflammatory arthritis (all over) if that makes a difference.

I have some arthritis, & I find walking helps. Just gentle walking on the flat.
i am hypermobile too...and it can be SORE not fun! My physio said to stop the knees disliocating it's important to keep the LOWER BACK and ABDOMEN muscles strong. I foundi t is true.
