Stomach bugs???

I've had a tummy bug since yesterday morning...I've been sick last nite but still feel very rough now and it's causing panic attacks,,anyone no how long these bugs last and is it common to cause panic attacks xx

I would guess that panic attacks are not new to you. Any feelings that are not normal will bring on a panic attack to those who suffer them. You are just unwell. It will pass. Don't worry Jonah just try to breathe regular and look after yourself.

Thankyou...you are right I've suffered panic attacks for ten years so thought I had them under controll..so to have em back now and there being constant it's scarey. Will just have to wait for this bug to go hope it's soon..thankyou again..
