Health Assessment
2 Answers
A new agency my boyfriend is with asked him to fill out a health assessment which was very detailed and seemed very unrelated to his job. They wanted details of any operations he had ever had, any food poisoning, any mental health issues...a whole long list of things, most of which woul have no impact on his ability to work.
He filled it in as he didn't mind them knowing all that but I just wondered if someone would be within their rights to refuse should they wish to? Surely they only need to know about present health problems?
