I don't eat dairy products and I'm worried that I'm more likely to get osteoporosis. What can i do now to prevent it?

There are many calcium containing non dairy foods, but except for the meat derived ones they tend to be difficult for your body to absorb. Supplements can help, but really if you are concerned then a wellwoman clinic or a dietician is the most sensible approach.
