My daughter has just done a hypnobirth course and supported her friend trough labour. It was magical. No pain relief or gas and air even for the stiches.

choc just google hypnotherapists in you area.they should have regonised qualifications along side there name,some will say what they specialise in!!!

Yes it was. The midwife said she had never been at such a chilled birth. My daughter qualifies as midwife this summer and hopes to offer hynobirth.

i had hypnotherapy many years ago to cure a stammer and it worked perfectly. You don't say what it's for but good luck anyway.
