I certainly do. Wonder Yrs 5:00 on Radio1. gets you rite in the mood for a pullin mission and good p*ss up with the lads. Best feeling in the world friday 6:45, GET IN
Love that Friday feeling knowing you haven't got to get up for two whole days and can spend all weekend doing exactly what you like. I used to work til 7 on a Friday and 9-6 on a Saturday, I'd never do that ever again. 4:30 friday and I'm done, that's good enough for me :)
No, never had, even when I was young free and single. I like my job, and have never seen it as a torture to be endured and from which to be released on Friday. I enjoy my weekends very much, the change of routine and chance to spend time with family and friends, but it's not the be all and end all, it's just a different part of the week. The advantage is, I don't hate Mondays either.
I don't, but then I retired 5 years ago, so I don't get the Monday morning feeling either. What used to cheer me up was to go home at 09:00 after Sunday night shift, knowing that the pasty faces going in the opposite direction were just starting their working week, and that I was going to be off-duty for the next seven days. But I suppose that's a bit mean.
wonky, you poor *******. I don't get that relieved friday feeling since I currently don't work, but I do feel obligated to go out and have a good time. It kinda sucks because I never can :-(
