What would you consider to be the maximum acceptable numbers of sexual partners for someone? Is it different for men and women?

Im not that sure I know a male who has slept with around 100 people and started at a very very very young age and that to me isn't great and did stop me dating him.

Im coming clean ,by the time i settled down I worked out id gone out with over 120 girls,yes IM telling the truth,when I lived in bournemouth in the seventies we had 100,000 foreign students staying in bournemouth 6 months a year.what else could I do!!!so I dont think its a crime to have lots of partners,but we were lucky,no aids etc.

Impossible to give an answer.   You can't put numbers on things like this.  All I would say is I still think sex is special so should be reserved for special people only.  There are not many things in life you can give people that are so personal, so why give it out to all and sundry.  I would include men in this as well.
